 Ensure general administration functions as per company policy. Ability to work under pressure, business analysis, excellent communication skills,organizational skills, good team player & problem solving, etc. Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to respond positively andproactively to colleagues and external contacts. Coordinate with company transport, Manage route plan for vehicles, keep records ofvehicle daily trips, check daily mileage and logbook, transport bill, fuel bill making andchecking etc. Ensure the load right product and loaded vehicle are dispatched right time from thefactory/warehouse to the distribution Point. Strong coordination with transport providers to develop a faster & cost-effectivedistribution of FMCG products. Monitoring of proper delivery to the distributor as per the delivery program & followingup on all consignments to ensure unloading timely. Ensure the VTS usage, monitor vehicle movement & maintain the KPL of every vehicle toensure cost-effective operation. Make a schedule for routine maintenance of all vehicles and ensure the quality of repairand maintenance by visiting the workshop as and when required. Monitoring Inventory management, warehouse management, Labour management, etc.

Logistics & Distribution

 Perform and supervise all necessary works to run depot effectively and efficiently. Received finished goods from the factory, keep storage safely, Inventory management,warehouse management, Labour management, etc. Ensure Retail offer and gift collection and delivery as approved offer modality andmaintain FIFO and LIFO. Deliver the products as per software order and receive incoming materials as perchallan. Ensure depot accounts with cost effective expenses, charges and profitability. Ensure smooth delivery of FMCG products to customers in simple, faster & cost effectiveway. Monitoring company's own transport, ensure that the vehicles' TAX Token, Fitness, roadpermit etc. are updated and maintain records accordingly.

 Finish goods received from the factory & keep storage to depot safely. Arranging delivery and collection of orders in accordance with the customers’requirements. Monitoring of proper delivery to the distributor as per DO & follow up on all SKU. Stock maintains physical & documentary following as FIFO & LIFO.
