Starting as a Technical Support Officer at Haier in 2021, I quickly became a key figure thanks to my extensive experience. I tackled complex product quality issues, restored customer confidence, and my solutions were escalated to HQF and OTC factories. My exceptional contributions in 2022 led to a special increment. Despite the challenges of 2022 and 2023, my relentless dedication helped me secure a promotion to Deputy Training Manager and then to DSC Manager in May 2024. In this role, I focus on enhancing technician productivity and addressing long-term problems.

I doing to be collect extreme level technical information of all update models from foreign team and greeting the training then all solutions i forwarding to my service & Third-party team.I maintain KPI strongly and providing guidelines how to improved customer satisfaction quickly support. every times every where and any situations need to cool down of ownself that's call customers service.Haier Bangladesh Ltd is a successful joint venture company with Haier Group from Qingdao China and Hayes Holdings Ltd from Bangladesh. The company started its registered operation in October 2020. It is a successor company of Hayes & Haier Appliances Co Ltd, the first joint venture company for home appliances and consumer electronics in Bangladesh, which began its partnership with Haier Group in 2000. Haier Bangladesh Ltd is under direct management of Haier Group and is leading their operations in Bangladesh.
