Developing customer service processes based on current customer issues and campaigns. Providing support & information, cause & reason, resolve ideas & clues, tips & tricks, analysis & forecast to Head of Department, manager, inbound supervisor, and customer service executive. Develop and review customer service guidelines, service level agreement and other relevant policies. Coordinate the relevant divisions to resolve customer issues within the agreed SLA. Ensure proper and smooth flow of information within the Contact Centre. Accomplish to provide proper customer service with proper service level. Closing operational various task logged through Escalation Matrix or mail by CSE with proper time. Providing emergency service to high value customer like VIP customer, Signature or World, Platinum & Titanium customer etc by taking transfer of call.Always plan, organize, monitor of operation team to meet service level & proper customer service. Everyday notify our completed task to our Management.
