• Conduct risk-based audit in line with agreed upon audit plan and necessary change management • Accurate and timely reporting of IA findings with necessary recommendations• Follow up implementation of IA recommendation• Lead a team of auditors, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources• Identify and strengthen control weakness in existing process, Policy, SOP• Actively participate in workshops and trainings for self and departmental learning and growth• Any other task assigned by Head of Internal Audit

 Preparation of annual Financial Statements as per Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRSs). Manage, control, and make decisions of Finance and Accounts management. Supervise day to day financial activities and prepare financial analysis as and when required. Ensure and manage L/C, Bank guarantee, payments and cash & Bank reconciliation. Review Company accounts in Tally software. Handle VAT Audit and plan taxation regarding tax assessment and also deal with Tax Authority. Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc. Other areas of potential responsibility includes but not limited to Banks, Insurance, Import/ export administration, contracts and agreements, legal areas and activities, corporate level negotiations.
