(1) Maintaining VAT Books (6.1) (6.2) (6.3) (6.4) (6.5) (6.6) & other necessary documents, as per VAT Act.(2) Preparing Input-Output coefficient (4.3), monthly VAT return and submit it with necessary required documents to VAT circle office. (3) Maintain Positive relationship with VAT circle office. (4) Operating company`s VAT management system (VMS) Software. (5) Preparing various types of report (e.g Monthly Sales, Local & Import Purchase, Inventory stock & consumptions etc.) and update regularly.(6) Monitoring all exposures to ensure that activates calculations & payment of VAT are correctly. (7) Managing daily petty cash. (8) Preparing Salary sheet as well as factory workers overtime. (9) Conducting monthly factory audits and reporting to the management, if get any discrepancy then try to resolve those. (10) Maintaining warm & positive communication with the banks for various financial services. (11) Keeping records of vendors. (12) Keeping records of buyers payments and payable amount and project expenditure. (13) Following the company liabilities of selected banks and take actions for repayment on time.
