Major Responsibilities: Conducting meeting with Land Lord and other Vendors for the progress reviews. And giving suggestions and plan to complete the project as per the given timeline. Follow up with project internal team members, vendors and landlord. Submitting PPT ,DPR ,WPR to the Client for the review of project status. Conducting meeting with the Client for the review of project status. Assuring quality and safety is maintained. Making the project ready for audit as per audit requirement. Preparing Snag List and following with the vendors to close it asap. Verifying of all the project related bills. Handing over the project and all the related documents to the endusers

Major Responsibilities: Preparing daily progress report and weekly progress report and submitting it to the project manager.. Following up with vendors and landlord for the project status and getting it done as per the project timeline. Checking all the project material as BOQ and specification. Checking all the project related work of all the vendors as per approved layout ,BOQ and specification. Assuring quality and safety is maintained. Checking all the project work as per the audit checklist . Preparing Snag List and following with the vendors for the HOTO(handover takeover) documents.

Major Responsibilities:Responsible for day to day site work.Preparing Material Submittals (MAS) as per the specifications of the project for client/consultant approval.Preparing of Method Statement of each and every activities.Reviewing Shop Drawings of MEP Systems and providing required inputs. .Interact with Project Manager for clarification in design etc.Assigning works to site team for carrying out installation works as per the approved shop drawings.Giving guidance to the site supervisors in technical aspects to achieve targets as per the project schedule.Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Project ManagerRaising Material Request to carry out the day to day planned works.Accurately inventorying the jobsite and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained. Conducting regular job site inspection. Actively monitor the work environment for hazards.Assist in the quality and safety audit.Identify and highlight possible risk on project.Assist in necessary project documentation.To plan overall projects keeping in mind various design, time and commercial issues. Co-ordinate between client, consultant, site and higher management so that smooth and trouble free progress of project can be done.To handle various MEP aspects of the project.To handle various Sub-Contractors and prepare necessary BOQs for timely rising of bills and for timely payments.To handle various QS aspects of the projects.Coordinating with other department to complete the work as per the project plan.Preparation of Testing and Commissioning reports of Systems.Preparation of testing and commissioning reports, O & M manuals, as builds etc., and final handover to client.
