 Handled Mahabubnagar market for the Mobile Division of the company with 3 distributors, 7 micro distributors and a base of 257 outlets. For distribution of product at the given territory by building infrastructure. Plan and execute beats for better coverage and distribution. Appointment of sub-stockists as required for in depth coverage in smaller markets and loop areas. Train and motivate distributor and distributor sales team along with company field force for range selling, route card updation, new account opening, cracking competition outlets and merchandising skills. Monitor primary and secondary sales sku wise on a daily basis and achieve the required volumes on time. Verification of claims of the trade schemes operated, key account sales and consumer promotional activities.
