Duties/Responsibilities:1. Quality Assurance activity as per ISO/IEC 17025.2. Control of documents & records as per ISO/IEC 17025.3. Maintain the all Accreditation Process.4. Preparation of training program, plan and correlation documents etc.5. Follow up of in house and overseas calibration activities.6. Preparation of test report. (Correlation & whenever required).7. Assist to implement updated protocol/Testing manual/Quality manual.8. Coordinating with others laboratory for correlation and test report purpose (Verbal & Written).9. Responsible to perform maximum physical & Color fastness tests according to ISO, AATCC, ASTMD, GB method with proper assessment.TEST KNOWN AS:Physical: - Dimensional Stability to Washing, Spirality, Appearance Test, Tensile Strength, Tear Strength, (Single Lear& Pendulum methods), Seam Slippage, Stretch & Recovery, Bursting Strength (Ball, Pneumatic & Hydraulic), Martindale abrasion & Pilling test, Random tumble pilling test, ICI pilling test, Mass per unit area, Cutteble width, Heat Shrinkage, Snagging, Spray, Water Penetration, Air Permeability, Color Fastness: - Color Fastness washing, water, sea water, perspiration, saliva, Rubbing phenolic yellowing, color migration. Analytical: PH.

Duties/Responsibilities:• Responsible to perform maximum physical lab tests & Color fastness tests according to ISO, AATCC, ASTMD, JIS, GB & Adidas method with proper assessment.• To operate different testing machine like Tensile Strength Tester (Titan 5), Martindale Abrasion m/c , Bursting Strength Tester (Trubrust 4), ICI Pilling m/c, Random Tumble Pilling m/c, Elma Tear m/c, Rubbing m/c, Gyro Washing m/c, Wascator Washing m/c, Whirlpool Washing m/c, Tumble dryer. CF to Saliva, CF to Water, Mass per unite area, Fabric width, Spray Tester, MVP Tester, Air Permeability Tester, Hydrostatic Tester, Heat Shrinkage Tester, CF to perspiration etc.• Responsible to make the report on ERP software, finally review & release the report.• Take Responsibility as a Shift In-charge.• Supervision of Team Members of Their Daly Routine Function.• To perform the test according to ISO 17025.• Responsible for control the document of testing data.• Responsible to check buyer’s update quality manuals regularly.• Responsible to maintain company quality management system, code of conduct, SOP’S & work instructions.
