I've worked as a Civil Engineer of Store development department in retail management team (Bata Bangladesh). In this role I am reporting to Head of Retail. In this position, I worked in retail developing process, Retail Designing, construction costing, material quality checking, Supplier management, Bill processing and Train up the Supplier/Vendor about Bata's new design, guideline & materials. ~ Leading the construction Vendor to making Design, Costing & Material sourcing as per Bata Global & regional guideline.~ Giving monthly and quarterly training the Field team and authorized Vendor to introducing our, upcoming and current retail furniture and guideline.~ Making yearly and monthly budget as per guideline and yearly planning.~ Continually Visit to Outlet all over the country and checking infrastructure condition.~ Making the work schedule and follow up the work as per schedule. ~ Making Purchase order and billing process. ~ Quality checking and giving Work completion report to Vendor after work complete of New and renovated retail.~ Coordinate with field team, Infra Vendor & Seals team for Infrastructuredevelopment issue.
