I am responsible for company technical operations , including technical sales and report to MES board of directors for all sorts of strategic targets and objectives of the Fiscal year.

Engaged as Corporate EHS head with additional responsibility as Fleet Safety Manager. Scope of responsibility covers all the projects across Pakistan and Afghanistan and Siemens Head office which includes Motor Repair Facility and LT/HT switch gear Production Factory. Main expectations from this role is to drive the strategic topics i.e. Heath, Safety and environmental program such as Siemens health label, WWF green office initiatives and Siemens Zero Harm Culture. Further to this regulatory/ Policy compliance, Risk Management, sustainability and continual improvements are key responsibilities.

• The main responsibility included setting up EHS organization, ensure regulatory compliance and develop frame work for achieving the ISO Standards.• Developing controls for the injuries during machine operations, lifting and transportations• Help in development of Standard Operating procedures for all relative department including Maintenance, Procurement Sales, Quality assurance and HSE after HIRA, consultation and Coordination.• Grooming work force for the implementation of ISO standards.• Revisiting over all process for overall production and energy efficiency.• Inspections, Emergency drills, consultation, advising on HSE matters and HSE Related Trainings.

• Leading HSE monthly committee meeting and assigning responsibilities to departmental coordinators and managers.• Leading HSE incident investigations, contributing to find out root causes and provision of corrective action plans.• HSE training such as Induction trainings, HSE policies and procedures, refreshers and technical trainings for Quality and occupational safety.• Monitoring and implementing HSEQ policies and procedures throughout the region.• Internal Audits as per ISO 9001, OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001 and companies standards.• Conduct HSE performance review by tracking HSE findings identified through audits, inspections, drills, consultations and investigations.• Help and support the departmental safety coordinators and advising all departments for all HSEQ related matters.• Working in conjunction of Corporate HSEQ, IHU and Hygiene and fire safety departments and closing all points raised during their surprise inspection.• Carrying out safety promotional activities as per company policies.• Performing risk assessment for work place hazards, for existing company SOP’s, newly developed SOPs and procedures./activities. Maintaining risk assessment register and reducing hazards to ALARP level.• Periodic housekeeping inspections including general tidiness, welfare and fire safety inspections, safety tours and field visits.• Monitoring fire safety/earth quake/emergency evacuation drills occur in given time frame in all centers of HT.• Surprise inspections of work place and project sites for developing safety and quality reports.• Maintaining stock for PPE’s and ensuring the availability of required PPE and their good working order.• Giving clearance for new projects and installations for energization after HSEQ concerned inspection.

• Rectification of Faults by operations through single line diagram• Isolation of Faulty equipment via standard operating procedures of the company and back feeding with load balancing.• Arranging Annual preventive maintenance shutdowns in coordination with all related departments.• Identification of Hot spots and issuing corrective measures after analysis of SAIFI and SAIDI reports.• System improvement and flexibility analysis. System improvement proposals for load relief. Initiating schemes for system improvement departments in collaboration with substation, underground maintenance and Mains Maintenance.• Losses calculation including technical and theft.• Updating and documenting network position / changes on Auto CAD.• Writing detailed reports on system current position and faults by seeking updates from underground and substation departments, load flows and updating management with any outages and tentative rectification time by emails via handheld and computer.• Assigning tasks to sub ordinates and bridging communication between lower technical staff and upper management.• Following strictly all HSEQ factors while performing operations.• SAIFI and SAIDI calculations and assigning responsibilities and initiating projects to meet NEPRA targets.

• Price calculation and Preparation of quotations for export sales.• Process optimization from product manufacturing up to installation at site.• Documentation for exports including Performa invoice, LC, packing list, certificate of origin and E-form Etc.• Email Marketing via Bulk email sending software, email verification software, making efficient email lists.
