Key Responsilities:1.Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.2.Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards and cost-efficient.3. Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.4.Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, etc.5.Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns.6. Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.7. Liaising with local suppliers, and overseas supplier about technical discussion.8. Managing inventory issues, schedule changes.9.Research and analyze suppliers, products, and plans to identify cost and logistics issues.10.Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers and make recommendations for improvement.11.Create and update vendor and material lists and update database with product specs and quantities.12.Maintain and update BOMs (Bill of Materials) in all systems.13.Perform special projects as assigned and update inventory.14.Review all completed work orders and ensure items requiring follow up are acted on appropriately and assist in tracking these actions to completion.15.Secure and analyze quotations and recommends suppliers with respect to cost, quality and delivery competitiveness for assigned responsibilities.16.Arrange planning meetings, outage coordination meetings and schedule review meeting and be prepared to actively participate as required.17. Review, determine, and maintain inventory at levels to support company goals while maintaining and eliminating production downtime. 18. Manage products for finished goods, raw materials, and related assemblies from backward section.19.Develop and maintain supplier relationships that result in on time delivery and fast recovery times with effective communication of new delivery times from supplier to internal team when supply issues do arise.
