Being pioneer Defence Attaché, planned, organized and worked as a team with all stakeholders and successfully established rapport and a bridge of defence cooperation between Bangladesh and French Armed Forces.Image Building Activities:1. Organized a seminar on “Emerging Bangladesh and the Development of its Armed Forces” on 13 October 2019 at Hotel Mercure. Representatives from French MOD, civil societies, Defence Attaches of friendly countries, media and Bangladeshi elites had attended the seminar. 2. Organized Armed Forces Day in Paris on 21 November 2019. Around 200 guests from French MOD, Ambassadors, DAs, Police, French civil societies and Bangladeshi elites had attended the occasion. 3. Published around 500 books on emerging Bangladesh in French language and distributing those among the French and other nationalities to portray emerging Bangladesh. Exchange of Delegation Visits: Quite a good number of exchanges of delegation visits took place:a. Bangladesh Air Chief had visited Paris Air Show 2019 from 16 June to 22 June 2019. b. Brig Gen Cyril Crozes had visited Bangladesh from 29 September to 01 October 2019.c. A five members delegation team led by Air Cdre Nayeem from Bangladesh had visited France from 13 October to 19 October 2019.d. Col Ludovic Dumont had participated 6th International Flight Safety Seminar (IFSS 2019) from 21 October to 23 October 2019 held in Bangladesh. e. A three members delegation team led by Brig Gen Rashed visited France from 17 December to 21 December 2019.f. A five members delegation team visited Bangladesh from 15-16 January 2020 led by Lt Gen Thierry Carlier.g. French Air Chief General Philippe Lavigne had visited Bangladesh from 8-10 February 2020.j. French Defence Minister Mrs Florence Parley had visited Bangladesh on 9 March 2020 and called on Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Chief of Air Staff and Principal Staff Officer.

• As Provost Marshal, technically commanded 2000 (two thousand) Military Police (MP) personnel of Bangladesh Army to ensure discipline and security of the Army. • Developed effective horizontal working relations with the Provost Directorate of Navy, Air Force, Bangladesh Police and vertically with the field formations and the intelligence outfits.• Attended two high-level dialogues with the Inspector General of Police to foster the working relations.• Carried our rank up-gradation of all the Officer Commanding (Major) to Commanding Officer (Lt Col) and renaming of all the MP Units.• Provided MP cover and ceremonial motorcades to the VIPs at all Army and National level programs. • Organized National Standard Award Ceremony Parade for the Corps of Military Police on 23 November 2017. National Standard was awarded by the Prime Minister. • Emphasized on proactive policing and equipped all the MP Units with modern gazettes, speed check radar, under vehicle surveillance system.• Established video conference system with all the MP Units across the country.• Provided Military Police coverage to the India-Bangladesh Joint Cycling Teams from Agartala-Cumilla-Dhaka-Savar-Manikganj-Faridpur-Joshore- Benapole-Kolkata.• Recipient of Shena Gourab Padak (Army Medal of Glory) for participation in “Operation Thunderbolt” A hostage rescue and terrorists destruction operation at Holley Artisan Restaurant, Dhaka on 01 July 2016. Acted as Military Focal Point and was in charge of traffic management, evacuation of casualty, apprehension of the suspects, dealing with dead bodies, helping foreigners in identifying dead bodies, arranging state level funeral where Honourable Prime Minister had handed over the dead bodies to the respective country representatives. • Visited India (Kolkata) to attend the closing ceremony of India-Bangladesh Joint Cycling Program in March 2017.

• As custodian of the Army discipline, monitored, studied, and evaluated the discipline cases of the Army and its trend in close coordination with the Divisions, Brigades and the Units and all intelligence outfits.• Adopted, and promulgated appropriate policy guidelines and corrective measures.• Developed effective working relations with the personnel services of Navy, Air Force and Police.• Evaluated performance of the officers and men and report writing.• Organized a seminar at Armed Forces Division on “Personnel Services Appraisal” on 18 May 2017 to foster the effective working relations between Bangladesh Armed Forces and Police.• Organized seminar/presentation at different institutions on discipline matters as part of sensitization program.• Planned, organized, and conducted all the ceremonies (awarding National Standard, Regimental Color, Flag Raising of Divisions, Brigades and Units, Corps Re-Union etc )at Army and National level (Victory Day Parade or any other such ceremony delegated by the Nation). • Organized Citation Board to award peace time medal to the officers and men for exemplary contributions in the best interest of Army and the Nation.• Led and supervised important meetings organized by the Directorate.• Led and managed the personnel of the Directorate in planning, organizing, and executing activities with economy of efforts.• Acted as a guide, mentor, and adviser for the Directorate to maximize the output.• Visited India with Chief of Army Staff as part of official delegation in January 2018.• Visited Mali in July 2018 as part of official delegation.

• Commanded an Artillery Brigade and was responsible for training, operation, and administration of around 3000 military personnel.• Trained military personnel for United Nations Mission and also for “Operation Other Than War”.• Provided orientation training to the Bangladesh Civil Services Officers and to the newly recruited DGFI civil intelligence officers.• Evaluated performance of the units, Commanding Officers, and staffs.• Developed effective working relations with the Division HQ and other Brigade HQ.• Brought out Annual Training Instruction for the Brigade.• Acted as an adviser, guide and mentor for the officers and men of the brigade.• Handled the Brigade very effectively when deployed in assistance to the civil administration in an emergency in 2014.• Acted as President of Land Acquisition Board for two separate cantonments at Rajbari (3500 acres) and at Barisal (Sheikh Hasina Cantonment with around 1500 acres)• Participated as an anchor of “Assault River Crossing Operation” demonstration which was witnessed by the Honourable Prime Minister, Ministers and diplomats.• Acted as Chairman of Jashore Cantonment Public College, took initiatives to uplift the standard of educational qualities, infrastructural developments including evaluation of the education system.
