 Responsibilities:• To look after all the maintenance work during production time for smooth production• To carry out preventive maintenance work during the weekly maintenance day• Properly supervise the lubrication and greasing work in all the mechanical equipments.• For proper working of the plant, continuous supply of the utilities i.e.(Air,Oxygen,Water,LDO)has to be ensured• Look for any irregular behavior at induction furnace and Ladle refine furnace & take the necessary actions• Closely monitor all the mechanical systems in Cooling Tower ,Crane, pump room and repair, replace, install and maintenance them properly.• Air Pollution Control System is an important part for keeping our factory environment clean I have to take special care for the all the equipments of the APC system.• Water is another very important part for our plant, so the quality of water has to be maintained properly, both soft and dealkalized water is prepared in Water treatment plant. During involvement with CCM department the following responsibilities were performed by me-• To perform the maintenance of 6/11 radius continuous casting machine and its all equipments• To give suitable decision in case of any mechanical break down and perform the trouble shooting works• To give support to the production during the operation hour• To make planning for daily, weekly ,monthly and annually preventive maintenance and make available the spare parts of machines in order to reduce breakdown
