Independently handling accounts department & Operating and Working Capital• Perform daily accounting duties (Knowledge of Full Set Accounting)• Preparation of Trail Balance & P&L A/c & Balance Sheet• Preparation of day to day reports (Cash inflow, outflow, funds position, Etc.)• Prepare monthly reconciliations with customer and intercompany• Follow up with customers on outstanding payment and prepare daily AR/AP report• data entry• Maintain filing, updating and keeping of accounting records accurate and up-to-date• Assist in Month-End closing of accounts• Perform any other ad-hoc duties related to administrative works• Monitored accuracy and timely transmission of monthly financial statements • Prepared company accounts and tax returns for audit.• TDS/TCS, VAT, Service Tax, ITR & Tax e-Filling etc.
