 Establish and update systems and procedure to ensure compliance as per requirement of ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System – QMS) and company policy. Implement systems to ensure compliance of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System as per requirement of ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001.  Review and recommend criterion for up-dating of raw materials, packing materials, product and process standards for enhancements of Quality and QMS effectiveness. Ensure product quality and process compliance in the production process through regular in-process inspection. Establish and improve methods/procedures for automotive battery production and Quality Assurance (QA) laboratory testing facilities including managing of the reagent/chemicals/materials as required for QA operation. Ensure calibration of monitoring & measuring equipments as per schedule. Establish systems/procedures for variance analysis of product and process including ignitions of corrective/preventive actions. Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques, wherever applicable for measurement and monitoring of product /process performance. Establish information system on product performance to improve customer satisfaction. Develop core team and motivated work force to maximize team output. Ensure health and safety at work place as per requirement and company policy. Ensure KAIZEN (continual Improvement) through QC circle activity.

 Experienced in Food & Dairy industry including expertise in milk collection, storage in chilling tanks, maintaining of cool chain, processing and quality assurance with special reference to sanitation and hygiene, strengthening the dairy value chain by following good manufacturing practices (GMP) and HACCP.  Supervise In-Process quality control, batch release, annual product review for finished products, deviations and investigations, batch rework/reprocessing approval, batch documentation review and approval, returned goods, change control activities etc, Supervise the investigation of out-of-specification (OOS), deviation and failure investigation, product technical complaints etc. To ensure zero defect of delivered products to customer from factory To perform a Process Statistical Analysis (PSA) Report on monthly basis Coordinate and maintain good working relationship with related Government departments/agencies/Local authorities/Vendors, Licensors and other suppliers Coordinate and maintain the Environmental rules & regulations in respect of Department of Environment (DoE), Government of People’s Republic of Bangladesh Coordinate with internal parties to ensure product and raw materials availability and acceptance at all times.  Ledger maintain for less loss of materials for RM, PM and Finished Goods. Process line QA parameter checking and random sampling for maintaining better quality products. To develop program information, case studies, and other communication to support the organization’s donor communications stream and marketing and fundraising activities To organized at least two training program in a month for process workers and production supervisor on food safety hazards and their control To ensure that no process worker with skin diseases or open lesion or person suffering from infectious disease or cough and cold is engaged in flakes processing work
