• Recruitment & selection of all category positions conducting as per company policy & labor law, A complete on boarding process• Managing overall HR Operational activities & providing HR services to the employees• Prepare Monthly Leave & Attendance reports, OT calculations, salary sheets and manage various employee benefits including different types of allowances• Maintain & Update HRIS database, Employee records, Create & deactivate users• Manage training & development programs for new employees and also monitor weekly basis• Provides certificates i. e. NOC, Experience certificate, Employment certificate etc• Maintain company assets, and prepare monthly servicing reports with scheduling• Manage office support staff & driver’s work schedule and ensure their delivery and discipline• Manage day-to-day operations of the office, cleanliness etc• Ensure all Procurement & vendor management• Arrange and coordinate all the external and internal office events• Any work assigned by MD & Chairman

• Assist the recruitment team• Assist induction session• Maintain and update employee’s personal file• Assist the service team
