Duties & Responsibilities: • Providing job placement support, career guidance, and counseling to trainees, PWDs, females, and ethnic minorities while building strong rapport and liaising with industries and employers.• Organizing community mobilization activities, social mapping, mass marketing, and skills development initiatives, including second-chance education programs.• Conducting job market surveys, job hunting support, and follow-up while coordinating employer meetings, pre-employment workshops, and community engagement events.• Designing, developing, and distributing BCC & IEC materials, manage budgets, databases, and ensure industrial visits, apprenticeships, and on-the-job training.• Supervising employees, oversee daily operations, performance appraisals, attendance.• Preparing report, including case studies and success stories.• Acting as a liaison between the community and project teams to ensure effective communication and feedback.
