• Lead and Manage Human Resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Management, HRIS & Database Management, Employee Relations, HR Operations, etc. • Lead on Recruitment phase by providing extra focus on quality sourcing those best fit for the organization. Ensuring recruitment lead time as per operation score card. Ensuring recruitment compliance has been followed by the recruitment team.• Ensure proper compensation and benefit structure for the staff.• Ensure preparation of payroll for all National Staff with all allied maters like tax, allowances, etc. and ensure all types of mandatory reports regarding this. Ensure smooth payment processing and develop a system that will ensure such and reduce complaint regarding this issue.• Ensure smooth separation process with all documentations for all departed staff.• HR Operational Activities: Assist and guide department head on different HR related issues included but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS, Time sheet, Leave, compensation and benefits, payroll management, performance management, probation assessment, Training and development, employee relations, etc.• Actively working with Leadership Team, find the HR issues and solve those in consultation with Senior Management.• Ensuring attendance, Time Sheet, Leave management through HRIS systems.• Ensure Personnel File and Recruitment Process file management and keeping ready for internal and external audit trial.• Facilitating Goal setting activities for Probationary assessment and yearend performance review.• Ensuring employee Orientation, IRC Way, different mandatory training, and various employee development program.• Coordinate all internal and external Audits.• Prepare and update HR policy considering Bangladesh employment law and IRC global policy.
