Work as grass root level to the Grameen Bank of Micro credit operation, organized to the poor people , who are living hand to mouth in the rural areas . forming groups , centers. Preparations of loan proposal bese on theirs business & disbursement , loans among depends on purpose and the members are used loan only for income generating activities to improved & increased their socio- economic lives gradually. At least a branch has 5-6 staffs , 60 to 70 centers and more then 2500 members. As a branch manager always visit the centers meeting to providing discipline and also sometimes solve un expected problems when arise . and prepared branch level annual plan & budget. I was joined the Grameen bank of 4th August 1986. Experience in Abroad (Mexico): I had been worked with GRAMEEN CARSO in MEXICO in the state ( province) of OAXACA last five years from June 2009 to May 2014, through Grameen Trust . As a branch manager, I Personally opened a new branch in Miahuatlan in the state of OAXACA in August 2009 , still this branch in good position. As a branch manager I had been working since June 2009 to December 2011. Then as a Regional manager I worked from January 2012 to April 2014, I opened and supervised various branches in different parts in the Oaxaca state in Mexico like Pochutla, puerto escondido, pinotepa, Rio grande and Santa Maria Huatulco, Slina Cruz and Juchitan . All of the branches have a good positions, they have a good numbers of clients and good investment also . I have a long and good experience of Micro credit and to work with the poor people who live in the rural area in Mexico. I also can able to speak Spanish to communicate with the local people and the members of Grameen Carso in Mexico.
