Lead The Earth’s partnership and fundraising efforts to achieve fundraising targets, by developing and executing fundraising plan, building and owning relationship with potential donors and partners, and helping The Earth to be eligible for external local and international funding per regulations and donors’ requirement.

As Programme Officer- Information Management & Accountability I am responsible for data management, complaint mechanism and overall information management of the Site Development project. I also coordinate with camp in charge and stakeholders for the smooth implementation of the project.

As MEAL Officer I was focused to strengthen community based mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) activities and services integrated through primary health care by establishing and managing the MEAL system to effectively and efficiently implement appropriate project and that lessons are captured and shared to inform implementation of current project and future programs. I supported the Programme in facilitating the periodic planning and reporting processes, spearhead on building capacities of staff on monitoring, evaluation and accountability.Also, inform the Programme on the extent to which assistance are making changes on the lives of target population, provide evidence-based knowledge on the positive and/or negative results of assistance on the communities, and share regular, timely and context-specific feedback from staff, partners and communities.

➢ Assist in the preparation and conduct of project activities such as, but not limited to, project related meetings and briefings, trainings and consultations.➢ Assist in monitoring status of implementation of the project activities and project related communication and information dissemination plans➢ Coordinate with project partners in arranging seminars and conferences➢ Collect, manage and ensure proper custody of documents and files➢ Assist in the preparation of contracts and sub-grants➢ Draft letters of invites, activity briefers and activity reports➢ Coordinate closely with finance and grants staff for administrative matters and concerns related to the implementation of projects➢ Assist in tracking flow of grants and proposals; monitor reporting due dates and follow up on delinquent reports and maintain the calendar for the activities➢ Assist in the preparation of narrative reports and success stories for funding partners, as well as inputs to the annual report➢ Attend meetings with partners and grantees as required by the Program Officers and is responsible for drafting meeting notes, and➢ Other functions as may be required by the Program Officer and Program Coordinator.
