Bureau Veritas CPS Bangladesh Ltd.Company Location : Savar , DhakaDepartment: Consumers Testing Services Analytical Lab.Duties/Responsibilities:# Ensure product quality as per buyer`s requirement & as per base AQL standard.# Responsible for the Chemical and Physical Testing in Lab. according to the clients Requirements , Methods & SOPs.# Maintaining & check all the requirements as per as ISO/IEC-17025, ISO-9001.# Properly Follow & Maintain all kinds of Quality Health Safety & Environmental Issue as per as ISO-14001 & BSi -18001.# Lead a Lab Team for conducting day to day require of the Testing.# Keep Update the entire Lab Testing machine like GC-MS by conducting regular calibration, Data analysis & Report genaration.# Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and make root cause analysis to find problems to develop quality and efficient production system.# Coordinate with inside and outside resources for the accumulation of data needed to improve quality of the products.# Achieve production target by maintaining quantity and quality.# To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.# Ensure the quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with legislation and customer specifications.# Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality.# Maintain current revision of all documents (manuals, procedures, forms, work instruction and training manuals).# Checking LIMS for any kinds of information.

Duties/Responsibilities: # Highly Quality Control any sorts of raw samples/packaging materials/finished products & Waste Water samples according to the clients Requirements ,Methods & SOPs # Responsible for Analytical test like Phthalate , Organotin, PCP ,COC , DMFa ,DMFu etc. # Maintaining & check all the requirements as per as ISO-17025, ISO-9001 # Daily All Documents & Records Update Check # Keeping all necessary QCs updated check. # Samples Collect , Receive & Prepare samples for testing # Correlation of samples & Proficiency Test # Report Generation & Submit all Reports time to time to Reporting Sectors # Properly Follow & Maintain all kinds of Quality Health Safety & Environmental Issue as per ISO 14001 & BSi 18001 # Ensuring test completion within time line as per required service # Bringing to the notice of the Manager or above any discrepancy in test material, method or equipment. # Ensuring good housekeeping all around.# Instruments Capability : UV-VIS Spectroscopy , AAS , ICP-OES , ICP-MS , HPLC , UHPLC , GCMS , LCMS
