• Duties/Responsibilities: • Overall order follows up and manages team members to meet ultimate business and performance goal.• Ensure sample and bulk shipment as per customer’s requirement.• Garments costing, payment condition, mode of shipment, any others terms and condition and order confirm with customer. Price confirmation and order placing in factory.• Critical path monitoring and follow up.• Distribution of job responsibilities to team members and follow up.• Coordination and follow up with QC department Motivate, develop and inspire the team members to be customer focused and perform according to expected level.• To attend customer meeting and ensure successful placement of orders.• Maintain buyer’s date line for both samples & production.• Any other special job as assigned by the management Communication and ways of working with: Buying Team, Account Managers, Suppliers, Supply Chain and Quality Conduit to disseminate information pertaining to updated product trends and related issues to and between Buying/Planning teams.• Manage development projects, new supplier search, product feedback between buyers and Merchandisers.• Continually source new suppliers who fit the company criteria by investigating and analyzing all reasonable sourcing possibilities.• Minimize risk in the supply base through continuous monitoring and management of high-risk suppliers (late deliveries; unreliable; lack of quality; capacity; etc.)• Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers.• Monitor accuracy of system data and take corrective steps where needed. Set up on-going team meetings and supplier meetings.• Buyer A/C Execution:Go Sport / Weather Report / Regatta / La Halle / kaufland / Disscimas
