 Direct guide & monitor the sewing, finishing, packing and washing to ensure quality parameters and buyer specification are met. Perform with training and education to the quality & production personnel, maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processesstrictly following the buyer standard. Follow up PP Meeting, Size Set, PP sample & fit sample. Conduct In-line Inspection (Sewing, Finishing and Packing) and Final Inspection as per AQL. Ultimately work as a representative from buyer end. Submit final inspection report to reporting boss send a report to factory and buyer top management in critical quality and inspection issue.

 Supervise the whole quality process of the assigned factory. Conduct In-line Audit, like in-process audit in sewing, finishing, and packing area. Conduct Final inspection and confirm the quality of the end product. Schooling and lead the factory GPQ team directly. Follow up the quality SOP in each step of the process, Implement buyer’s every work manual & follow the quality standard to the production factory.

Key Responsibilities:  Review of PPS sample prior to sending buyer for approval.  Leading PP meeting and explaining buyer requirement to the team  Reviewing size set samples and providing comments that need to be followed in pilot run  Regular audit (based on AQL 1.5 & 2.5) on garments passed from sewing line to pressing /packing  Do pre final audits when garments packed as per requirements.  Do final audit on 100% packed garments prior to buyer inspection.  Make quality evaluation such as level of quality on a daily basis to provide feedback to the QA Manager.  Carry out other related tasks as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:  Setting the production line as per customer’s requisite quality parameters for construction method.  Visual appearance and specifications at each level of operationand operator as well, analyzing thorough checking of first outputpieces at the beginning of the style run, identifyingerrors alongwith magnitude and frequency of occurrence, scope ofimprovements. Ensuring the correcting actions atthe pints oforigin in the production lines, educating operators and checkersabout the specific style related quality requirements andspecifications.

Key Responsibilities:  Regular Audit (based on AQL 1.5) on garments passed fromsewing line to pressing / packing. Corrective measures if any audit fails. Do pre –final audits when garments packed. Make quality evaluations such as level of quality on dailybasis to provide feedback to the QA Manager. To do the hourly audit (lot pass) in particular area.
