 Work at UHC with project team to support COVID response plan of the government. Support project Doctor on day-to-day activities. Be a member of mobile medical team support clinical aid with logistic support while  visiting patients at community level. Assist families with encouragement on home-based care of patients and best practices in medical point of view. Support community clinic-based activities to response to COVID related isolation, medication and referral. Functioning CGs and CSGs committee meeting.  Awareness build-up and community mobilization in regard to COVID 19 prevention and precaution. Organize and support community-based groups through participative approach to promote community-based protection. Building community -based people’s capacity and supporting them to develop community- led initiatives. Maintain all types of records and assist CA in report writing. Prepare weekly plan and achievement.  Submitted weekly activities report immediate supervisor.  Work in emergency basis when necessary. Fully support wash basis activities

 Maintain IPC by Covid 19 national guidelines.  Evaluate and monitor the patient progress.  Identify sudden or subtle change in a patients medical condition.  Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients and their family members. Begin treatment and monitor doses. If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.  Care for patient needs throughout Their recovery in the ICU Unit. Complete all necessary paperwork.  Before transferring a patient.  Maintain patient records. Create and implement effective care plans.

 Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating. Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and administering medication. Ensuring the client’s home is organized according to their needs and that safety measures are in place. You may also be expected to assist with some light housework. Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks. Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair. Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments. Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
