Product development according to the designer requirements & closely work with design team to manage correct sampling.2.Sourcing, costing, product development & order confirmation with direct buyers & buyer concern designer. 3. Preparing TNA for sample set priorities & monitor progress to submit quality sample.4. Visiting different factory to ensure on time delivery as booking plan & also monitor running production update. 5. Prepare pre-costing sheet & submit to concern team leader6. Sourcing and purchasing of fabrics, trims & accessories from local & overseas.7. Giving approval different types of print & embroidery, garments dye, garments wash ,tie dye & dip dye .8. Follow up all the test issues & update to buyer portal smooth bulk shipment9. Lab-dips, shade bends trim card approval by the supervision of reporting senior.

Develop first proto, second proto, PP sample, size set sample, and other sample iterations.:2. Communicate with suppliers regarding sample development and production progress.3. Follow up on production and sample sections to ensure timely completion.4. Participate in PP meetings to review and approve production samples.5. Assist in pre-costing activities to determine production costs.6. Create trim cards and swatch cards for product specifications and materials.7. Coordinate and monitor the lab dip process for color approval.8. Manage additional responsibilities as assigned by the team or supervisor
