*Implementation of safety policies and procedures.*Lead the implementation of Safe working practices in the project as well in the plant.* Conduct site & plant EHS inspection.*Inspection of electrical & mechanical equipments to ensure its safety and working condition.*Conducting tool box meeting and Weekly safety meeting to make aware the workers about the safe work practice.*To impart training to all workers and staff regarding the emergency evacuation procedures.*Promoting safety awareness among the working crews & supervisory cadre.*Implement Permit to Work System and ensure its effectiveness. *Guide & attend meeting with the Insurance Broker (MARSH, TAWUNIYA) during inspection & Risk Assessment of Plant..*Conduct safety orientation programme, fall protection programme and fire watcher training programme.*Providing First Aid and basic life support. *Solving the site as well plant safety issues by co-ordinating with the site supervisors, engineers and Project managers.* Supervise Safety Officers at different site by coordinating with them and to reallocate them as per projects requirement.*Preparation of Risk assessment.*Inspection of different types of scaffold such as structural, mobile and suspended or cradle scaffold to ensure that they are made as per applicable standards & specification. Also check the tag line system.*Keeping the records of Fire fighting equipments, lifting equipment and scaffolds.*Documentation & Preparation of accident, incident and near miss report, the root and immediate cause for the accidents and its preventive measures to avoid recurrence.*Prepare & keep record of safety statistical report and to provide our consultant.*Assure displaying of safety posters, warning sign boards are placed at suitable location.*Development, Implementation, Enforcement & administration of safety requirements in accordance to the project as well plant safety standard.
