AREAS OF EXPERTISE: • Creating new instances on AWS Cloud, Managing & maintaining them, uploading backups to S3, restoring them when required. • Knowledge of most of the AWS Services. • Experience in provisioning and supporting high traffic/high-available services on Amazon EC2. • Knowledge of migrating high available and critical applications to AWS. • Expert in setting up Virtual Private clouds in AWS. • setting up environments in AWS VPC. • Understand best of security measures in AWS environments. • Familiar with and implemented most of the EC2 API Tools, S3, VPC, SES, SNS, RDS, etc., • Design VPCs. • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. • Supporting Clients at Remote End. • Provides on call support (including 24x7 escalation supports). • Works closely with application teams to define, frame and capture business needs. • Oversees the diagnosis and correction of infrastructure problems. • Provides internal analysis and support to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance.
