Responsible to lead HR team and execute projected HR services including-  Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices that align with the organization's goals, vision, and culture. Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and standards Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, advertising open positions, interviewing candidates and personnel administration. Develop and implement employee onboarding, training, and development programs Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent Manage performance management programs and service award program including performance evaluations, feedback, and goal setting Develop and implement succession planning programs. Manage Life insurance and Health insurance program for all the staff. Oversee the HR budget and ensure that HR programs are cost-effective and efficient Manage all other special project and duties assigned by the management.

Responsible to execute all HR concerns in Sales Division to ensure projected HR services including-  Support corporate HR team to build and execute HR strategy to achieve overall business strategy, objectives and goals. Work closely with Sales Team and Corporate HR team to provide the best value-added HR solutions that meets the business needs. Proactively drive key HR Processes for Sales: recruitment& selection, performance management, talent management, Sales team Capability development, and Succession planning. Closely involve with Sales team for Sales team capability initiatives. Advice, update and train employees in all HR related policies, procedures and programs. Provide input and suggestion to the business on all HR issues Actively take effective initiatives for engagement, productivity and retention of the Sales team. Data analytics for different management decisions relating to People/Performance. Engage in different ad hoc projects assigned from business and HR.

Key Responsibilities:Responsible to manage & guide all the functions of Recruitment & Selection, Training & development and HR operation.Recruitment & Selection-Design, develop, maintain and execute staff recruitment, selection, and placement process throughout the organization (Head office, Regional offices and Factories).-Supervise the HR team to ensure all projected recruitment & selection.-Collect personnel requisition from different department of Head office, Regional office, Factories and process them accordingly.-Design selection matrix for identifying optimum recruitment channel and source.-Prepare draft of advertisement as per job profile of different posts required for career opportunity advertisement.-Advertise for vacancies through online job-sites, national dailies and other mode of publications.-Supervise selection procedure like C.V collection & after sorting calling, arrange written exam, interview, final selection, management approval, issues offer letter, appointment letter and induction.-Create CV-bank to support any emergency requirement.-Coordinate with different universities, associations, recruiting agencies and attends job fair, campus recruitment program.-Crosscheck all tasks done by HR subordinates.HR Operation-Relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring.-Plan and manage Performance appraisal, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and Assist management to take rational decisions.-Analyze the current job market and manage the restructuring of employee compensation & benefit packages.-Leave Management and quarterly and annual reporting to General Manager. -Prepare final settlement for separation staffs.-Overtime calculation and management.Training and Development:-Plan, design, and conduct training need analysis (TNA), training module preparation, training venue management, logistical support, per-training and post-training evaluation, etc.
