Ensure quality, reduce wastage & increasing productivity.4. Non-productive time calculation, lost time,efficiency calculation.5.Maintain Standard operating procedure (SOP) and Good manufacturing practice (GMP).6. Submit reports on performance and progress.7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.8. Export production coordination and shipment timely as per requirement.9. Ensure daily Machine Card and reconciliation products wise for verified EGA.10. Maintain preventive & weekly maintenance as pet schedule.

Maintain Hygiene & Housekeeping as per standard Level.4. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.5. Provide training to worker on machines learning, safety and production related all activists.6. Ensure the machine are in trip condition before the production running.7. Check Raw materials & Packaging materials before production Start.8. Check every machines quality parameter and check products quality.9. Instruct the machine operator to keep the machine neat and clean for smooth operation and ensure daily machine log Sheet.
