• To monitor CHP field operations and to ensure Coal handling plant availability (>90%).• Maintaining bunker level as per boiler requirement with designed GCV coal.• To ensure availability of equipment’s to maintain the desk parameters within prescribed limits.• Ensure to have plant operation with minimize idle running of the system.• Ensure housekeeping of complete CHP and keeping dust proof working environment.• To coordinate with outsourcing agencies and ensure timely completion of work allocated.• Assist in planning and ensure availability of all the inputs for smooth and efficient operation of CHP.• Coordinate with specialist team/maintenance teams to develop suitable solutions for key issues/problems observed during the operation of plant.• To coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely rectification of equipment breakdown.• Ensure schedule, quality, and safety and also all the respective provisions are scrupulously implemented in operations activities.• To ensure that plant operational activities are in accordance with the technical parameters, policies/Guidelines/Systems and procedures laid down by the company and complying laws, orders and directives of Central/State Govt.• Ensure safe and reliable operation of all coal handling plant by implementation Of Standard Operating Procedures.• Generation of Daily progress report, monthly reports, maintenance reports, incident reports, Manpower report.• Commissioning & Operations of Belt conveyors, Stacker cum reclaimer,Wagon Tippler, Side Arm Charger, Apron Feeders, Ring Granulator crusher, Vibrating Grizzly screen and Belt feeders.• Commissioning of mechanical equipment’s related to material handling system such as motor, pulley, gearbox, scoop coupling, fluid coupling.• Knowledge of motor, pulley, gearbox, scoop coupling, pump, hoists, supervision of civil fronts available & other mechanical equipment installation.
