• Execution of Extruded Jelly process, commissioning all kinds of tools and equipment`s receiving & machine installation to ensure the production.• Smooth Strat up and efficient operation of EJ production.• Ensuring utilization of man-machine-material and material planning for availability.• Ensuring effective utilization of man-machine -material to reduce production cost.• Maintain integrated work relations with the RM PM store team to ensure smooth production logistics support the manufacturing process lines.• Preventing and ensure of unsafe act and immediate report for any near miss with CAPA.• Ensuring that specific responsibilities outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions are communicated to employees through training and ensuring adherence through task observations, coaching, positive reinforcement, and progressive discipline. Sharing knowledge with different types of engineering within the team & take ownership.• Monitoring process parameters & taking remedial action to maintain specified level for smooth production and product quality attributes.• Validating PM (Planned Maintenance) & CLIT (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection & Tightening) of Machines.• Ensuring product quality and monitoring quality control operation.• Ensuring operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.• Ensuring on-time rework usages & records.• Manpower Planning, usages follow up & rectifications, rework usages & record.• Leading Production Team to ensure that Production and Quality Targets are met.• Co-ordinate and teamwork with engineering team for effective autonomous and planned Maintenance for better machine and equipment durability to ensure higher volume and perfection in quality• Achieve departments KPI, Man -hr/ton, SKU compliance, utility cost, production cost and Re-work.
