-Strategic Finance & Planning: Analyzing and participating of core financing and planning activities such as feasibility of capital investment, receivables discounting, STL & LTL fund movement activities. -Profit Planning: Ensuring proper budgeting and setting MIS tools to maintain smoot supply chain flow in collaboration with operations from order taking to shipment execution.-Project Analysis: Preparing project feasibility analysis (BEP, PBP, NPV, IRR, and Sensitivity) for new capital investment projects, analysis of bottleneck operations for production process & report to management.-Overviewing and Reconciliation of Financials: Identifying & resolving factors that required to breeze between management report and legal financial report, reconciling various reports & budgets for management decision.-Reviewing of Policies & SOPs: Participating actively in reviewing process of companies various policies & SOPs, vetting and implementing those as and when required to encourage the users in compliance. -Supervising Factory Accounts: Monitoring Production KPI, Production Capacity Utilization, PPS status and Man-machine Utilization through factory accounts, local fund management and other management reporting.

-Management Reporting: Monthly sales report, Monthly profitability analysis, Segment wise operating performance report, Production data analysis & stock report preparation & presentation. -Working Capital Management: Preparing, monitoring & analysis of inventory, receivables & payables and aging those to facilitate operations to initiate proactive actions. -Fund and Cash Management: Preparation of monthly cash budget, Analysis of monthly cash flows, Monitoring day-to-day cash requirement and foreign currency encashment, LC financing (UPAS, EDF). -Cost Controlling in SAP: Auditing BOM & Routing, Analysis of standard & actual cost variance, Monitoring cost center wise expenses, Monitoring & analysis internal orders, project costs & factory overheads. -Costing and Budgeting: Auditing and monitoring Job Order Costing and product wise cost sheet, preparing variance analysis report & forecasting budget monthly & annually. -Commercial Dealings: Auditing PI of Capital Machinery, Export LC, monitoring Buyer & Bank Acceptance liabilities, monitoring & ensuring Cash Incentive collections. -Internal Control System Development: Identifying Problems & potential risks, developing & implementing SOP and Organizational Policies, reviewing & updating policy periodically, feasibility study for new departmental incentive policy, planning for Risk Based Internal Audit & Inventory Audit.
