• Safety professional pre-job training and allocation in different locations. • Promoting all elements of the company’s HSE program.• Coordinating with the clients and subcontractor’s representatives to address health and safety issues.• Conducting safety training programs for different types of activities as per the standard construction practice.• Attending weekly company progress client meeting.• Conducting review of safety plans, manuals and accident prevention plans for different projects.• Monitor and advise on proper application of permit to work systems. • Develop and conduct periodical medical emergency evacuation training. • Ensuring conduction of toolbox meetings at the start of each shift daily. • Conducting detailed site inspection to find out unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and taking action to eliminate such practices permanently. • Risk analysis and preparing safe work method statement before starting each job. • Ensuring the use of correct PPE. • Organizing motivational campaigns and programs.• Conducting safety audits, joint inspections. • Maintaining complete environmental issue records; including MSDS and test monitoring results.• Compiling weekly HSE performance reports.• Investigating all accidents, incidents, near misses and its reporting.• Preparation of site fire extinguisher mapping, and fire equipment installation. • Plan and assign escape routes, fire exit, emergency point’s fire alarm position etc.• HSE Inspection in site and camp. • Ensure safe lifting operations.
