The Union government is planning to relocate offices of various Ministries to new buildings proposed by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) on Kasturba Gandhi Marg and Africa Avenue while the existing buildings along the Central Vista are set to be demolished as a part of the redevelopment project.All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Vijaypur (AIIMS Vijaypur) is a public institute of national importance. public medical school The medical school and hospital based in Vijay Pur, Samba district, Jammu and Kashmir India, and All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). On 3 February 2019 Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the institute. Must be able to prepare complete design drawings, shop drawings, cut lists and erection drawings for facade elements. Work as per approved drawings and specifications,Reading of drawings and understand the system to bedeployed.Follow up & Coordinate with Facade vendor, Consultant.Knowledge of Facade Works  of Glazing, in aluminum curtain walls, unitized systems, skylights, cladding system,GRC  and ACP  etc.Achieving construction activities like layout, Excavation, Foundation, Pcc, Reinforcement, Casting Concrete, Shuttering, Column Casting, Beam Casting, Slab Casting, Brick & Block Work ,Mumty and Machine room construction etc.samples submission & approval, maintaining quality records of incoming materials. Coordinate & regular inspection visits at Vendors factory, quality checks as per specifications, maintaining records for materials &tests carried out at factory.Follow up for material delivery with Facade vendor. Checking the delivered materials at site.Responsible for progress at site as per agreed schedule.Conduct regular meetings with vendor. Preparing &   maintaining daily, weekly, monthly schedules in line with master construction program Getting the desired tests carried out at site/ factory as per contract specifications.Executing works at site as per work methodology with all quality checks being carried out. Execute works with high degree of safety. Coordinate with Civil team for required clearances. Calculation of quantities as per approved drawings and vendor billing .Site execution & providing technical guidance to contractor personals , finding problems and given solution for execution of work at site.To making bill of contractors on ms Excel.
