Planning: - Supervise monthly, quarterly planning.- Plan raw material requirement and order raw material to foreign supplier.- Maintain minimum inventory level.- Ensure maximum utilization of plant at minimum cost.- Minimize wastage and loss time.3. Maintenance: - Lead and support maintenance issue.- Monitor all maintenance work as scheduled.- Communicate with the stake holders- Prepare design for modifying existing machine parts.- Prepare PM (Preventive Maintenance) schedule and ensure execution.- Troubleshoot die issues and supervise die maintenance.4. Quality Assurance:- Lead quality assurance team- Schedule and lead monthly 5S audit.- Supervise SOP documentation.- Control product specification in production floor.- Maintain PDCA activities, Identify root cause.- Prepare document for ISO 9001:2015 QMS.

- Lead Production shift. Set production parameters (temperature, air pressure, heating time) of glass Tempering machine (TAMGLASS) - Design (CAD) and Programming (CAM) for CNC machine (NRG 250, Glaston)- Troubleshoot problems of CNC machine - Maintenance and Troubleshooting of 1000KVA and 110KVA (Perkins) Generator. - Supervise junior engineers and foreman and ensuring effective communication.- Plan production capacity, Target and Schedule.- Scheduling and Supervising maintenance procedures.- Improving production performance by implementing or modifying existing techniques.- Procuring materials available in the local market.
