• Acting as the Supply Chain product manager, who solely owns and is responsible for the overall operation of the Monitor, UPS, Interactive Display, OPS, E-Writing Pad, and Digital Display to ensure sustainable business growth, achieve the business target, end-to-end success,and continuous product development.• Plan, manage and execute all activities related to the sourcing and procurement from Locally & Internationally by maintaining effective specifications with the highest quality and standards at an optimum level; Selection of best suppliers and negotiating with suppliers ensuring the best possible price.• Monitor, analyze, and follow up monthly Market Demand; Plan and Prepare forecast -starts from raw materials, semi-finished goods to finished goods and meet the target.• Ask for quotations from suppliers; analyzing various Shipping methods and payment terms; create PO, PR, and PI, and share the LC draft. Finalize all types of customization checklist, pre-inspection checklist.• To develop contract terms & conditions and negotiate contracts with suppliers ensuring best available practices of procurement. (NDA, MoU, Certifications, Service agreement, Spare Parts available etc.).• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for individual products and Provide Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for smooth production.• Maintain proper coordinated leadings with R&I, commercial, logistics, inventory, delivery production, QC, after-sales service, design, branding, sales, and other correlated departments. Take immediate and corrective action when there is deviation to plan. Training, guidance & workshop arrangement for team members.• Develop, manage & analyze the market for innovating new products; plan & create product strategy & road map by doing in-depth market analysis, bench marking, and market feasibility analysis for assigned electrical & electronics items.• Testing and coordinating new product development with Electronics, Mechanical and Software development teams.
