** Follow up, sample making to final inspection plan, coordinate with internal Merchandising Team and buyers. ** Responsible for the development, fit, PP sample approval, Pre-production meeting, online production audit, counseling to the respective suppliers tech team, like sample & patterns makers, QA and production team too.** Heaving well knowledge's for the trouble shooting on Fitting, patterns, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing overall production.** Audit samples, pattern making as well as production to implement the appropriate way of work to meet our required standards.** Involved in production where necessary to troubleshooting to fix the raised difficulties to have required quality standard and productivity. ** Ensure PP sample and gold sample are meet the company required standard. ** Ensure way of packing based on port, DC and distribution method. ** Coordinate and communicate with internally as merchant, QA, suppliers as well as with UK office, sourcing and Tech team where necessary to fix & resolve if any issue

*To reduce sample rejection we do Pattern projected before season.*Check the size set sample styling and workmanship than fitting on dummy, if I feel better than after I send to French office for approval. *Some of size set sample on my responsibility to approved in Dhaka office.*Some of PPS sample also my responsibility to approved in Dhaka office.*To analysis the product safety issues & technical risk assessments.*To ensure the production pattern grading & all the amendment of pattern has been done based on development sample comments.*To communicate frequently with buying technical team to make sure correct stuck has been achieved in production stage.*To conduct pre-production meeting & follow up the initial production & pilot run are successfully ahead & communicate with the quality control member accordingly.*To co-ordinate the with office merchandiser team & supplier technical team & find out the easy option of production which will help to get price benefit & standard level of quality with our interrupt the style visibility.*To analysis the product critical methods of production & communicate those issue with the product responsible & make sure all the alteration should be minimize at the stage of seal sampling.*Attend buyer meeting for any technical issue.Product Items:*Woven - Men’s, Ladies, Outwear Blouse, Jacket, shirts, skirt, dress, vest Children, etc.*Circular knits- Men’s, Ladies, Nightwear, Lingerie, New born baby, Children,
