Job Responsibilities:(1)- Checking the evaluation for new factory before placing the order.(2)- Follow up sample process-Photo sample, Fit sample, Size set sample, counter sample, Salesman sample, Pre-production sample, Shipment sample and Exhibition sample.(3)- Daily monitoring the whole production process –From Knitting, Dyeing, Pattern, Cutting process, Sewing process, Printing-Embroidery, Wash-shrinkage report, Finishing, Inspection, Packing and Until Shipment.(4)- Ensure Top Quality Zero Defect Products for Buyer satisfaction & make shipped goods free from any defect.(5)- Ensure Quality of all Incoming Raw Materials, Accessories, Fabrics for each order & Verify Factory's in-house Lab Test result as per buyer requirements.(06)- Address all issues raised during pre-production meeting & take prevention actions before bulk production. (07)- Conduct Pre-Production Meeting and Review Tech pack, workmanship, measurement, production planning (TNA), product testing & packaging requirements. (08)- Ensure the confirmation samples/ Specification sheets/ Material swatches/ Technical files and Packing instructions are obtained on time and meet all specification. (09)- Line Set-up and Follow up on Root Cause Analysis & Correction Action Plan find solution to control the defect ratio.(10)- Product risk assessments for new styles & KPI (Key performance indicate) achievement.(11)- Factory developing and guideline for existing quality system Improvement of (SOP) Standard. (12)- Verifying all equipment Calibrated correctly.(13)- Perform In-line/ Pre-Final/ Final (AQL) Inspection.(14)- Follow up 3rd party inspections & 100% Pcs to Pcs Inspection.(15)- Follow up Needle inspection for Garments and X-ray inspection for Shoes.(16)- Maintain Monthly Inspection Quality Defect ratio analysis and update record.(17)- Manage / Coordinate CSR Audit, Factory MOLD Audit and CAP implementation.(18)- Provide quality related training to implement QC knowledge.

1. To assure the top quality and establish a Zero defect as per buyer's requirements & buyer standard.2. All kind of samples follow up.3. Checking materials in-house status with the quality & quantity of all fabrics and accessories in house due to wrong, defects or low-quality materials. checking materials internal lab report.4. Follow the pattern making process.5. Monitor & provide advice for first cutting process. checking production in cutting section, sewing section, finishing section and packing.6. Independently conducted trial cutting, sewing inline, final inspection & PC to PC inspection matter discussed with factory's responsible person & Inspection team.7. In Process Inspection, Inline inspection, Random Inspection, Final (AQL) Inspection. reporting & all record keeping.8. Develop and improve existing QC system to meet the international standard.9. Assurance Quality ensure the products on time delivery as per Head office requirement.10. Delivery weekly production status to share with corporate head office.11. Study monthly dash board and defect analysis report and quality flash meeting with factory production & QA team to discuss, identifies and implement best practice improvements within process, equipment and manufacturing requirements.12. Provide guideline for the factories on process improvement such as 5S, factory Mold Prevention etc. To identify problem before or at earlier stage. Work on factory CSR as team coordinator with other vendor factories.13. Monthly meeting & Video conference with head office & other overseas office in every week to discuss urgent issue with factory if any claim issue & present & future business status.14. Prepare monthly factory check list (Every Dept.), feedback to factory & report to top our management. To improve factory process capability & quality.
