 Verify ZXY Quality Assurance systems and procedures well followed within manufacturing units, sub contract units such as embroidery, print, washing etc. Ensure ZXY Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are in place and maintain throughout the entire order ensure customer quality levels. Ensure Quality Auditor (QA) and Quality Controller (QC) are getting completed style file and all required details, sample approval as per T&A Ensure QA/QC and factories maintain best practices and process controls as defined in ZXY SOP. Ensure PP Sample and Tech pack comments have been auctioned in bulk, and PPS carry approved tag with authorized signatures.  Ensure ZXY QA/QC and factory Qc team maintaining measurement records and the way of measuring as approved way of measuring chart.  Check and verify FPT / GPT test reports and verify customers physical, analytical and chemical test parameters have been satisfied in fabric form, print /embellishment and on finished bulk garments. Check PRINT durability test reports, hazards chemicals, shade as per approved, hand feel, placement are ok as per tech pack and final comments. Ensure bulk packaging is as per Tech pack and customer comments & manual Check Style files, previous day’s measurement and quality reports of ZXY QA/QC and factory to understand issues and relevant area to focus during factory visits Share defects, processing issues to ZXY QA/QC and factory FM/QAM and agree solutions. Inform respective QAM /AQM from the factory about the issues and solutions agreed. Ensure ZXY Process / Technical SOP is implemented and maintained throughout the order Ensure pressing and packing quality against, tech pack, trim card and other approvals Ensure carton marking(shipping marks), ration and packaging as per Tech pack and other approvals provided by merchandiser Cover all styles and PO’s in each factory, Conduct impartial and strict audit covering all colors, batches and size ranges.
