Working on sensitivity analysis for nonignorable missing in generalized mixed effects model setting. This is a part of my PhD research.

I was the TA for HSCI 330 Course. Mainly I marked the Midterm scripts, Final and Case studies. Also, I taught them Error, Bias and Confounding through a three-hour lecture. I will be Taing in HSCI 307 in Spring 2019.

I am working as a statistical consultant in different projects. I have already several projects as Statistician. I have worked with many agencies like Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division, commonly known as IMED, Ministry of Planning, Government of Bangladesh, International Rice Research institute (IRRI), WorldFish, HYSAWA etc. Recently I have finished working on several projects. Currently, I am working with STCS team at the University of British Columbia as a statistician. My basic expertise is in designing the research, sampling strategy, finalizing the methodology, required statistical results, interpretations and thorough write up with the presentation in the final stage of the project. Some of the Projects handled by me as a statistical consultant are as follows: 1. What are the correlates of food security status among undergraduate Land and FoodSystems students at the University of British Columbia?2. Inorganic Geochemistry of Flowback Water: Variability and Potential Sources of Elevated Ion Concentrations3. Review of Total Hip Arthroplasty in patients younger than 30 years - Mid to long-term results4. UNDP funded "Strengthening Women’s Ability for Productive New Opportunities (SWAPNO) Project (LGD-UNDP collaboration)" 5. Impact Assessment of Multimedia Classrooms (MMC) and Teacher Led Content Development for A2I – II Project (Office of Prime Minister, Bangladesh)

- Taught graduate and undergraduate Applied Statistics courses- Supervised students in fourth year B.S. Honors and M.S. research projects- Performed administrative duties in departmental, students' and alumni programs - Coordinated and developed statistical software training programs for academicians and professionals

I developed the course materials and coordinated the inaugural "R for Data Analytics" training program at ISRT in 2018. That program was developed for academicians and researchers in different fields. I was a coordination team member for the five "SPSS and Applied Statistics Training Programs": 16th (special), 17th, and 17th (special), 18th and 18th (Special) held in Nov-Dec 2012, May-June 2013, and Nov-Dec 2013, May-June 2014 and Nov-Dec 2014 respectively. Also, I was a coordination team member for the four "Stata and Applied Statistics Training Programs": 1st and 1st (special), 2nd and 2nd (special) held in May-June 2013 and Nov-Dec 2013, May-June 2014 and Nov-Dec 2014, respectively. I worked as chief coordinator for the 2nd "Stata and Applied Statistics Training Program" (May-June 2014), launched on May 24, 2014. As a coordinator, I had to prepare and modify the manual for training, manage the training program, take classes, maintain the participants, and solve their problems after classes.

I have joined University of Dhaka as a lecturer of Applied Statistics. I am working in Institute of Statistical Research and Training (ISRT) from October 16, 2012. I taught 3 undergraduate courses namely "Differential and Integral Calculus (AST 105)", "Sampling Distributions and Order Statistics (AST 202)", and "Data Analysis Using SPSS, SAS and STATA (AST 308)". In 2015 before leaving for higher studies I taught two undergraduate courses: "Statistical Inference II (AST 402)" and "Statistical Computing XI (AST 432)" one Graduate course titled "Applied Bayesian Statistics (AST 501)". I supervised the research of 12 students (6 BS Hons. and 6 MS).During that time, I was the primary author of a research development grant for my institute which received 20 million BDT.

There were four projects on which 8 graduate and 8 undergraduate students worked. 2 graduate and 2 undergraduate students were assigned to each project based on their choice. I was working on a project titled "Investment and Intergovernmental Project" for Surrey City. The funding of this fellowship comes from the Microsoft.

I worked as Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) and Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) alongside my MSc study at the Department of Statistics, The University of British Columbia (UBC). I was the Head TA of STAT 251 (Introductory Probability and Statistics) for last 3 terms: Fall Term 1 2015-16, Fall Term 2 2015-16, and Summer 2016-17. I was TA of Stat 200 (Elementary Statistics for Applications) for two terms. As GRA I worked with Professor Paul Gustafson in some Bayesian topics from Fall Term 2 2015-16 (January 2016) to my graduation.

Worked as a responsible person in MYCNSIA (Maternal and Young Child Nutrition Security Initiative in Asia) project as I had to perform raw data handling, data validation, data manipulation and data analysis using different statistical and nutritional tools and software. I used there statistical softwares R, STATA, SPSS and for nutritional matters I used WHO Anthro and EPI-INFO. I compiled all statistical results, produced statistical tables and tests for comparison and also wrote the analysis part in detail.
