My educational background is on Agriculture Science and Business Development Studies. I have been working in development sector since April 2005 having specialized experience in market system development, value chain & business development, farmers market, rapid market assessment, collection point & its management, public private partnership, ultra-poor graduation, climate smart Agriculture, resilient livelihoods, adaptive livelihoods, and food security. Extensive working experiences in project design, proposal development and project management, including budgets preparation, budget monitoring and reviewing. On the other hand, experience in managing multi-disciplinary team, team building, working with participatory approaches to develop and capacity building of staffs and stakeholders at community level, local authorities, market actors, civil society organization and co-operatives. I have a long experience to implement interventions through responsible parties and implementing partners including DWA, DAE, DoF, BADC, BARI, DLS, DYD and Agricultural inputs supplying companies.
