I. Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary disbursement.II. Managing the personal data of employees as well as their information regarding compensation and benefits in to the system.III. Responsible for recruitment, employee probation evaluation, employee contract renewal, employee separation and final payment.IV. Responsible for managing employee attendance and leave information.V. Assist in Performance Appraisal Management and set KPIs for employees.VI. Issue various official letter like, appointment letter, increment letter, confirmation letter etc. VII. Generating of different HR reports and analysis through HRIS.VIII. Ensure candidate's reference and background checks.IX. Personal file management and keeps necessary documents.

I. Maintain employees’ information into the HR and payroll system.II. Monthly payroll generation and disbursement in a timely and accurate manner through online transfer.III. Prepare overtime, bonus, final settlement, maternity bill, leave fare assistance (LFA) bill, compensation bill, salary provisions and others. IV. Prepare year ended worker’s profit participation fund (WPPF) and earn leave (EL) encashment.V. Calculation of individual employees annul income, income tax and deposit to govt. revenue account through challan in time.VI. Process yearly tax return submission of individual employees and arrange tax certificate.VII. Provide salary related different report when and where required.VIII. Maintain database of provident fund (PF) contribution, provident fund (PF) Loan, e-Tin, Bank A/C and update time to time.IX. Issue the salary certificate, income certificate and letter of introduction for bank account opening purpose.
