Responsible for handling total Accessories and Goods part business (Bags,Footwear,Home Textile and others Miscellaneous goods) at ISC region ( Bangladesh,India and others )

•Responsible for assuring smooth going from product development to on time delivery regarding different well known brands related products like Michael Kors,Timberland, Messi,All Saints,Rosetti,Jones New work,Jessica Simpson,Juicy Couture,Caterpillar etc• Communicate with buyers on a regular basis to provide up-to-date info with regard to the status of production and shipment of bags and other accessories as per top management directions.• Work independently on the assigned product categories and being the key communicator for the assigned product areas in the business stream• Responsible for the coordination of all operational activities from proto sample development, costing and production tracking, fabric and trim development etc and WIP Follow-ups• Communicate order details and requirements to suppliers / production units and manage and control the whole process pre and post order placement ensuring quantity, quality, order specification and delivery dates are achieved• Responsible for the Price Negotiation with suppliers as designated by the concern management• Control and track critical path, forecast delays and course corrective action if needed with proactive action plans to ensure On Time Delivery• Monitor production in the assigned factories and maintain liaison with QA Depts• New vendor factory sourcing/development, onboarding training• Handle all Lab dips, bulk fabric color and quality submission• Closely monitoring sampling approval process and ensure on timely submission along with good execution• Packing material approval (e.g. UPC ticket, sticker, carton marking etc.)• Follow up T&A (WIP) on regular basis, ensure reporting on-time delivery regularly.• Ensure vendor/factory make schedules for inspection• Ensure factory make space booking to shipping line and handover goods on time.• Coordinate with compliance team for FE renews and factory corrective action plan

Job Responsibilities:Development Part:• Independently execute shoes, bags & home textile business & understand latest fashion trends as well as source material as per requirements.• Ensure smooth communications with our Japan part ,factories, material suppliers on day to day merchandising activities and approvals • Continuously update running production and new development including technical data and price idea as per queries to meet all requirements • Ensure production and samples follow up with factories and related procedures to manage the correct samples and shipment schedule within time and quality • Arrange lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality testing for customer approvalQuality Part : • Follow through on risk assessment, customer comments, check and verify all comments from Size Set, conduct Pre-Production Meeting and start pilot and bulk production • Ensure style files and all relevant approvals received by QC and factory to start the order • Initiate quality improvement projects (Cutting,sewing, Lasting,finishing, housekeeping test,inhouse and finished goods management etc) in factories and monitor progress with MIS weekly and monthly • Follow up in-line, pre-final, packing audit and final Random Inspection (FRI) as per SOP and make sure customers quality, test, packaging requirements are fully satisfied and ensure no potential risks • Segregate rejection lot and keep record and ensure leftover shoes and bags control procedure is maintained • Ensure product safety, such as mold prevention, pest control, sharp tool control, pull test, bonding test, lab and chemical test according to Scroll and customer standard • Handle all the third party inspections effectively as per standard• Evaluate factory QC team performance and initiate training or necessary steps to keep everyone up to the mark • Make sure Scroll quality, testing (chemical and physical) and compliance SOP is maintained for each order

Ensure satisfactory quality inspection management of footwear, bag etc for some other well-known brands likeUnited Arrows, Lee, Freddy, Broski and Supply, Nano Universe, Ships, Nolley’s, Beams, Mura, Barberini, Salad,Origin, Arnold Palmer, ABC Mart, Adam ET Rope, Yuko Imanishi, Mana,Gemline etc for their shoes and bagsproduction at Bangladesh by conducting 100%, Du-Pro (Inline), X-ray monitoring inspection as per buyer’sdirections.4. Total quality management of cutting, closing, sewing, lasting and finishing section of leather goods, footwear andnon-leather product manufacturing unit for inline, 100%, and final inspection as per buyer guidance.5. Analyze and solve production line problems, conduct evaluations and monitor corrective actions to resolve thoseproblem.6. Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards/ Manual.7. Improve existing Quality Management System (QMS) and day to day development of the buyers requirement andaware of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) of the buyer's.8. Ensure Zero quality claims & ensure 100% customer warehouse pass rate.9. Regular inspection team management and provide training for continual improvement in productivity andquality control issues.10. Build up or rearrange quality inspectors’ team according to buyer directions.11. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
