Core Function:• Coordinate & facilitate production workflow & processes • Plan, schedule & execute production operations • Plan & set equipment and raw materials for production• Monitor production process and ensure on time closing of the work• Manage workers and other staff & assign their duties • Maintain SAP material management system.• Conduct Internal GMP and safety Audit in plant and premises• Monitor the Industrial hygiene and waste handling• Plan & set the manpower and their KPI• Conduct maintenance of machinery and equipment • Analyze machineries and breakdown maintenance • Maintain inventory of machinery spare parts and consumable• Prepare production report & submit to factory authorities Achievements:• Awarded as “Arla Excellence Award Champion 2021” recognized by Managing Director, Arla Foods Bangladesh Ltd • Awarded as “Warrior’s Work” by the Management for determination, dedication & hard work• Reduced foil wastage drastically through strategical decision making
