o As the responsible individual for the Maintenance & Utility department, oversee and manage the operations of the entire plant, which includes the Cutting,Sewing,Finishing,Washing Wet & Dry Process unit, Dyeing and Denim Garments section.o Responsible for supervising the scheduled & Preventive maintenance process of utility machinery, including generators(Diesel & Gas), boilers, compressors, ETP, WTP and substations.o Participating in project planning, formulating designs, supervising… Show more o As the responsible individual for the Maintenance & Utility department, oversee and manage the operations of the entire plant, which includes the Cutting,Sewing,Finishing,Washing Wet & Dry Process unit, Dyeing and Denim Garments section.o Responsible for supervising the scheduled & Preventive maintenance process of utility machinery, including generators(Diesel & Gas), boilers, compressors, ETP, WTP and substations.o Participating in project planning, formulating designs, supervising implementation, and engaging in meetings with higher authorities during new project implementation or factory expansion.o Maintaining effective communication with cross-functional departments and corporate head office for seamless coordination and support in purchasing new spare parts and equipment.o Ensuring effective communication with local suppliers, principal suppliers, and foreign engineers throughout the project installation phase to facilitate smooth operations.o Responsible for overseeing the documentation related to electrical safety, including maintenance checklists, safety training evidence, reports, and test records.o Preparing the factory for various audits, including social, electrical, and fire safety, conducted by different authorities and buyers such as RSC, NIRAPON,Wal-Mart, Primark etc.o Lead the maintenance & utility team and responsible to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical appliances of the Garments & Washing plant independently.o Provide training on electrical safety to maintenance personnel, machine operators, and workers, advising and guiding them on the safe use of machinery.o Any work maintains as per BNBC, NFPA, IEC, NEC & RSC standard.
