I'm a dynamic, self-motivated & internationally educated proactive biotechnology professional with 10+ years of experience in analytical molecular biology, genetics, NGS & bioinformatics. My expertise spans molecular biology & microorganism genetics, gene engineering, microbiology & immunochromatography. I've made significant contributions to academic research and R&D projects, specializing in microbiome analysis via NGS. Proficient in GC-MS,& immunochromatography for test kits development.Currently, I am working as a Senior Application Scientist at Kanomax Japan Inc.My previous role was an Biochemical R&D Engineer at BeNEXT Technologies Inc. Japan (Aug 2017 to Oct 2023) under the umbrella ; I've also supported as a Researcher of Bioenergy R&D project at prestigious Toyota Motor Corporation Headquarter, Japan and as a Research Associate of Silica Nanoparticle Synthesis and Immunochomatography R&D project at Furukawa Electric (FAE), Japan. My journey began as a Research Fellow at Kochi University, where I received the Japanese Govt. prestigious MEXT scholarship (5.5 Yrs.) for my Master's leading PhD in Molecular Biology & Genetics studies. My early career was begun by serving 5+years as an Env. Monitoring Officer of Medical Waste Management Program in Dhaka City at PRISM Bangladesh, Bangladesh.Through this enriching journey, my contributions have transcended national borders; I've authored 10+ international research papers and presented at international conferences, including presenting one of my PhD research work at the prestigious Gordon Research Conference in USA in 2015. I excel in advanced software tools: NGS Analysis (QUIIME & RDP Pipeline, OTUMAMi, EMPEROR & Cytoscape), Snap Gene, R, PAST, Photoshop & Office tools.
