Duties & Responsibilities :• Verifying supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and quantity by cross-referencing purchase orders and comparative statements.• Checking daily local cash and credit purchase bills, petty cash book, and various vouchers. Updated supplier and contractor ledgers.• Ensure TDS from Vendors and other Sources & deposit on time. • Preparing A-Challan & (E-challan Using E-TDS environment software).• Prepare head wise statement of TDS as per audited accounts & assessment.• Prepare Monthly Withholding Tax Returns.• Responsible for maintaining Mushak – 6.1, 6.2 & Mushak – 6.3• Maintain Documents for VAT Return Mushak - 9.1 & Annual Tax Return.• Developing weekly Cost summaries for both suppliers and contractors.• Prepare necessary documents for company accounts and assisted in overall accounts preparation.• Reconciling bank statements on a weekly basis.• Examine day-to-day accounting records, analyzed financial reports, and managed cheque and cash disbursements.• Maintain Plot-wise expense registers and prepared expense summaries for contractual construction projects.• Ensure monthly salary disbursement via bank and cash, as well as the disbursement of investment profit shares on a monthly and quarterly basis.• Work on all kinds of advance payments, returns, bill adjustments, and reported accordingly.

Duties & Responsibilities:• Coordinated the efficient distribution of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) to various clients, including filling stations and industrial facilities.• Expertly prepared Mushak (6.3, 6.5, 6.7, 6.8, 6.2.1) and handled VAT-related functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.• Managed the preparation delivery certificate/challan both Oracle EBS & Manual.• Compiled daily and monthly inventory reports for LPG and other products, submitting them to headquarters for analysis and decision-making.• Maintained daily distribution data analytical report.• Utilized Oracle EBS software to streamline operations related to distribution, invoicing, and reporting.• Operated Vehicle Tracking System (VTS/VMS) software to monitor and optimize the transportation fleet's efficiency and security.• Responsible for generating Transport Movement Slips/Bills to facilitate the smooth movement of goods and services. Also Prepared VDRA (Vehicle Daily Running Account).• Facilitated communication with external parties, including filling stations, industries, and salespersons, ensuring effective coordination and customer satisfaction.• Conducted training sessions for drivers and helpers, focusing on safety protocols, efficient delivery methods, and the use of relevant software systems.
