Duties/Responsibilities:1) Production Monitoring of 171 knitting machine. 2) Taking necessary steps to meet on time fabrics delivery to dyeing. 3) Preparing knitting parameter for bulk fabrics production regarding yarn selection, m/c dia selection, stitch length selection, finishing process selection. 4) Follow up R&D department and assist them to overcome their limitations regarding knitting parameter and on time finished fabrics. 5) Marketing for subcontract order. 6) Manpower management and recruiting.7) Selecting fabrics dia for best utilization of Knitting machine and marker efficiency during cutting8) Monitoring production of 37 ton fabrics per day with proper quality andefficiency.

1) Manpower management of more than 350 workers.2) Generating recipes for dyeing with costing of individual batch by Microsoft XL & ERP.3) Monitoring productions step by step and follow up every problematic point of production and give proper solution as per (subcontractors) buyer’s requirements to ensure on time delivery.4) Shade matching and follow-up decisions of color master.5) Taking proper steps from the faults of finished fabric. e.g. color fastness, rubbing fastness, PH of fabrics, Shrinkage, Spairality etc6) Order follow-up and preparing weekly batching, dyeing and finishing update for manager.
