Responsibility: • Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities in supplier sourcing, fabric development, sample development & costing package preparation.• Support manager in communication of sourcing requirements to parties concerned and assists in managing sourcing process properly.• Assist manager to prepared required report, documentation, filling work & data entry as well daily all other activities.• Responsible for new development as per buying team requirement.• Maintain close follow up with supplier to keep due time for sampling process.• Arrange sample dispatch to buying team & Suppliers.• Do Supplier briefing in terms of requirement. • Arrange handover meeting to handover the confirm orders to merchandising colleagues.• Attend pre- production & size set meeting to ensure the right quality • Involve new design & product development by following fashion trend

Responsibility: • Developing fabric and all type of samples. • Responsible for all submission of approval (Lab-dip, Yarn-dip, Fabric Testing, Bulk Fabrics, Trims & accessories, Sample, such as color sample, Size-Set sample, Photo, PP, and Sealing & Shipping Sample). • Manage buyer, factory accordingly• Make costing, sourcing of trims & accessories, fabrics.• Coordinate with sample sections, factories as and when required.• Arrange raw materials as per requirement for timely shipments.Closely monitor activities from sampling, developments to shipment stage.• Excellent understanding of the garment design and manufacturing process; from the garment conceptualization stage through the pattern drafting phase to final garment assembly. • Strong fashion and color sense with the ability to create and adapt designs to changing market conditions.• Significant ability to interpret client requirements and create designs that pinpoint their target market.• Good knowledge of fabrics and the ability to choose the best match between garment design and fabric.• Equally adept at performing as a project team member or working independently, depending on the nature of the project at hand.• Used to with software for create graphics and for make collections.• To make style files with detail information for different buyers.• Preparing Tech packs

• Create different types of fabrics, garments and surface design by using Jacquard Machine & CAD• Maintain the standard lead time to collect the approved sample.• Communicate with the merchandisers to update any changes on the style which has an impact on costing and delivery date.• Embellishment development and get approval from buyer within the planned time frame and distribution for all embellishment technical sheets to suppliers.• Analyze and arrange sample fabric as per buyers’ requirement.• Preparing Tech packs. • Make seasonal collection, offer coming trends to clients, make graphics, solve garment & print technical issues. Analyze fashion forecasting, preparing trend report, and presentation for buyer.• Product Development for Existing & New customer.• Maintain Development Status Reports & Presentations for responsible categories and update.

• Ensure Development, analysis & prediction of color and designing of trends in fabrics and garments.• Forecast trends and develop inspired ideas which are sellable to multinational brand.• Visit textiles, trade fair, store and market fashion shows and in order to collect information to collect information on trends and special focus on color, fabric and garment design.• Ensure product performance test based on category. • Generate concept and mood boards (a collection of items to capture a mood, such as photos, fabric pieces and color samples)• Prepare dynamic presentation for buyers• Adapt existing designs for mass production; • Consulting head about design requirements• Researching similar products and developing ideas• Analyze and arrange sample fabric as per buyers’ requirement.
