    Job Responsibility: Duties towards Financial Reporting &Management and Taxation: Oversee the financial management, reporting and accounting activities in accordance with organization and Financial Guidelines. Prepare quarterly/yearly financial statements and submit to the top management.  Review and monitor accounts payable and receivable statements monthly and report to the management. Ensure accurate Stock valuation for Pharmacy and general store.  Review daily accounts and others related statements from customized accounting software. Preparation of departmental profitability, service costing, cost and revenue analysis. Verify consistency, accuracy & analytical performance measurement of the company’s financial information. Monitor the monthly cash flow projection for all businesses concerns. Supervise and control the preparation of annual budget. Prepare bank reconciliation. Prepare cash flow statement and forecast cash flow position, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment. Deal and discuss with top management of the companies various issues i.e. operational & financial procedure etc. Develop external relationship with appropriate contracts e.g. auditor, solicitors, bankers and regulatory organizations. Analyze and assess business risk and financial risk and minimize those risks at acceptable level.  Management works as per requirements of the management. Duties towards taxation and corporate affairs Preparation and submission of monthly VAT return.  Deducting Tax and VAT and depositing to government account through treasury challan. Issuing withholding Tax and VAT certificate. Preparation of tax return for individuals and separate companies as per Tax ordinance 1984. Preparation of grounds of appeal and attending hearing for individuals and all company. Maintaining liaison with Circle Office.
